Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of Fliss Invoice (the “Service”), operated by Fliss Tech (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

Your account

You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by team members you invite. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract under Indian law.

What the Service does

Fliss Invoice helps you create invoices and estimates, share them, and record payments. It calculates taxes from the rates and details you enter. You remain responsible for the correctness of your invoices, your GST registration, rates, HSN/SAC codes and filings. The Service is not tax, legal or accounting advice.

Payments to you

Your clients pay you directly by UPI, bank transfer or any other method you choose. We do not collect, hold or transfer money on your behalf and are not a party to your transactions with your clients.

Plans and billing

Some features require a paid plan. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include GST. Paid plans are prepaid for a month or a year and do not renew automatically. When a paid period or trial ends, your account moves to the Free plan; your data is kept. Plan prices and limits may change; changes apply from your next period.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to create false or misleading invoices, to evade tax, to send spam, or for anything unlawful. Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own the data you put into the Service. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the Service for you. See our privacy policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

Closing your account

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@flisstech.com. We may close accounts that are inactive for a long period after giving notice by email.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of our registered office have jurisdiction.
