Privacy policy
Last updated 23 October 2026
This policy explains what Fliss Tech collects through Fliss Invoice and how it is used.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email, phone and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Business details: business name, address, GSTIN, logo, bank and UPI details you choose to print on invoices.
- Invoice data: your clients’ names and contact details, items, amounts and payments you record.
- Usage data: basic logs such as IP address and actions, used for security and support.
- Payment data: subscription payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive a payment reference and status, never your full card or bank details.
How we use it
To run the Service: generate and send your documents, show your reports, process your subscription, send account emails (sign-up, password reset, receipts) and help you when you contact support. We do not sell your data or your clients’ data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only service providers needed to run Fliss Invoice: cloud hosting, our email provider, and Razorpay for payments. When you send an invoice, your client receives the details on it.
Security
Connections are encrypted with HTTPS. Each business’s data is kept separate. Public invoice links use long random codes that cannot be guessed. A small number of Fliss Tech staff can view account data, including invoices, only to provide support, prevent abuse or fix problems. Every such view is recorded in an audit log.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal or tax reasons. You can ask us to delete your account and data.
Your choices
You can view and change your details in settings, export your invoices as CSV on paid plans, and ask us for a copy or deletion of your data by writing to support@flisstech.com.
